As one of the top sports cities in the world, Chicago has a rich sporting culture. Its major sporting events draw huge crowds and generate a large amount of revenue for the city. From college games to the NFL’s Bears, there is something for everyone in Chicago. The city is home to nearly three million people and many professional and amateur sports teams. It is often ranked among the top fifteen sports cities in the world.

Sports fans are passionate about their favorite Chicago teams. Although the team is 0-8 this season, the Bears’ fans are fiercely loyal. Even the recent fire at Jay Cutler’s jersey didn’t deter fans. It is not uncommon for Soldier Field to be sold out. While it is rare to find any Chicagoan without a ticket, a Chicago sports fan is sure to have an emotional reaction to the game.
