The Windy City is the site of two Stanley Cup wins in the last five years, and is renowned for its world-class sports events.

The city of Chicago is home to nearly 3 million residents. Chicago is the third largest city in the United States, and is often described as a “melting pot” and “city in a garden.” The residents of Chicago love their sports, and the city has received awards for being a “Best Sports City” three times, according to Sporting News. Since 2012, Chicago has also made the TSE’s international sport cities ranking every year. The city is the home of the first Heisman Trophy winner, Jay Berwanger.
