It has long been known as a multicultural and cosmopolitan center and is home to numerous amateur and professional sports teams. Many sports fans flock to Chicago to watch their favorite team play, and this is reflected in the city’s rich sports history. The city is also the birthplace of the first Heisman Trophy winner, Jay Berwanger.

The Chicago Bears have had a terrible start to the season, losing their first five home games. A video showing Jay Cutler’s jersey being burned went viral the week before the game, but that didn’t seem to have a negative impact on attendance.
