A security guard was shot multiple times and left to die on the floor during a robbery on Wednesday at River Oaks Center shopping mall in south suburban Calumet City.

There are also hundreds of thousands of jobs created by sports events. One of the reasons that Chicago ranks amongst the best places to live is the quality of the sports coverage. Most games are televised, and many are played out by millions of fans who can watch from the comfort of their own homes.
