In fact, the city of Chicago is home to several minor league and professional sports teams, a few of which have been around for over a century. The Chicago Bulls have had a storied history, winning the NBA championship in the mid 90s and a couple of Stanley Cups in the early 2000s. The Bears are a bit more recent, winning their last Super Bowl in 1985. They are not quite up to the task of defending their crown from the Golden State Warriors. However, they are a great way to spend an afternoon on the town.

Sporting news has named the Windy City its “best sports city in the nation” award three years running. The city also ranks high in the Sports Media Association’s annual list of the leagues best teams.
