However, the most important aspect of sports in Chicago is the chemistry between fans and the team. Fortunately, fans are a close-knit bunch. Despite the fact that the Bears have been a perennial underachiever, fans are still loyal to the franchise and a recent spate of losses did little to dampen spirits. The Bears are still one of the best teams in the NFL, but they are no longer the kings of the grid.
