WE ARE TOLD THAT IS WHEN AT LEAST 4 TO 5 MEN GOT OUT OF THE SUV AND RAN AWAY. THE VICTIM DIED AT THE SCENE. BELIEVE POLICE HAVE SAID THE MAJOR ACCIDENT UNIT IS INVESTIGATING THE HIT AND RUN.
