Family stuck in motel after pipe bursts in Round Lake apartment

Insulation is hanging down from the wide-open ceiling in the apartment where Patricia Chapman and her daughters live, and Chapman cannot afford the motel where they are now stuck. CBS 2’s Sabrina Franza reports.
