Having a home to a storied NHL franchise is one thing. Being home to a plethora of sporting events is another. The sports trifecta consists of baseball, hockey and basketball. You can also find a slew of minor league teams, some of which have made it into the majors. The Chicago Bears are big on funding athletic programs for kids of all ages.

The city’s renaissance is in full swing. The most recent bigwig is Bally’s casino project, which has raised many eyebrows. The city is home to the highest concentration of sport fans. There are many ways to make the best of your free time, from watching sports on the big screen to snagging tickets to a game. The city is home to a multitude of sporting events, many of which have been around for decades. The sports heyday is alive and well, and you don’t have to break the bank to have some good old fashioned fun. The sexiest city to grace the Great Lakes, it has a diverse cultural and economic landscape, making it a great place to live, work, and play. The city has seen its share of shady characters, but the good guys haven’t always won. The sports community isn’t immune to scandal, either. This has given rise to a host of incendiary tweets, most of which are not entirely true.

The city has also been the host to the most notable sporting events, with some of the most memorable moments in a game’s history. It’s also home to the tastiest pizza you’ll ever eat, a feat not many cities can boast.
