Scaffold collapse in Jefferson Park closes part of Milwaukee Avenue

A precarious position situation in Jefferson Park left a large metal scaffold swaying in the wind early Saturday morning. Part of it collapsed from the side of a building on North Milwaukee just south of Gale. According to records from the Department of Buildings, the scaffold is up for brick work on the facade of the building.
