From the Chicago Cubs and the Blackhawks to the Chicago Bulls, Chicagoans are extremely passionate about their favorite teams. The city has been ranked “Best Sports City” three times by Sporting News, and has also made TSE’s international rankings of sport cities every year since 2012. The city’s sports fans are loyal and passionate, and are always willing to get behind their teams.

The Chicago Bears have had a terrible start to the season, losing all of their home games so far. The NFL team has also been in the news a lot recently with the infamous “Jay Cutler jersey burning” incident. While the video did not affect attendance, it did get a lot of attention.

The Chicago Bulls dominated basketball in the 1990s under Michael “Air” Jordan. The team also won two Stanley Cups in 2010, and 2013. Throughout the years, the city has been a sports mecca, and is one of the most popular in the United States.
