The Windy City of Sports Events and Culture

Chicago is the third-largest city in the United States, home to nearly three million residents. It is a multicultural city and is often called the “city in a garden”. Chicago is also known as the “sports capital of the world” and has been named the Best Sports City by Sporting News three times. Since 2012, it has ranked in the top fifteen sport cities in the world. It is also home to the NFL’s Bears and the Heisman Trophy.

The Windy City is also home to some of the best sports teams in the country, including several teams that have made the Super Bowl. The Chicago Bulls, for example, dominated the NBA in the 90s, with Michael ‘Air’ Jordan leading the team to numerous championships. The Chicago Blackhawks have won two Stanley Cups in recent years, and the Chicago White Sox won a championship game in 2014.
