A juvenile is now charged in a murder of the summer in Chicago’s Back of the Yards neighborhood. It happened Agu. 17 near 48th and Wolcott. Prosecutors say a 16-year-old boy was the gunman who shot and killed a 39-year-old victim. The teen was arrested Friday afternoon.
